Good news for sportsmen and women –Natural pain relief is at hand

10/21/2005

For many years coaches and athletes from all sports disciplines have needed a natural pain relief remedy and a solution to muscle, ligament and joint aches and pains, caused by strain and tension of the many different activities that keep us fit and competitive.

Football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis and golf are just a few of the ball games. What about the ordinary guy who goes to the gym three times a week to lose weight or keep fit?

What about the jogger or marathon runner? And don't forget the cyclist. All you have to do on a Sunday morning is take a drive and see the number of energetic people out there whose muscles will be either a bit stiff or extremely painful by evening and who need a natural pain remedy to ease the discomfort.

Unfortunately every supermarket, pharmacy and general dealer have shelves and shelves full of drugs of every description and the media don't let up for a minute telling us that this or that drug is the answer to our problems. Whether its sleeplessness, constipation, diarrhea, depression or pain, there's a drug for it but with side effects that are sometimes worse than the ailment it is supposed to treat. This is where a natural pain remedy becomes a vitally important part of our fitness regimen.

Don't get me wrong, medical science has taken some giant leaps forward and many people would not be alive today without some of the prescription drugs that are available. It is taking the drugs when it is unnecessary or even inadvisable that is the problem.

"It is far safer and just as effective to use a natural pain remedy with no side effects whatsoever," said Judy Cutler a well-known nutritionist based in Southern California and the developer of 'Naturally Painless'. "An athlete needs to be alert and have fast reaction times which is inclined to be dulled by commercial analgesics. A spray container of this product should be in every sportsman's gym bag, every secretary's purse and every coach's first aid kit," she added. "Why? Because it works."
