Let's Start Exercising... Painlessly

Your doctor has told you that you need to start exercising for your health. You know that you need to exercise. Everyone knows this. The media and the mirror tell you this daily.

You know that you should, but every time that you start up a new exercise routine, you are so sore the next day that you avoid starting or you stop as soon as you begin.

What is this pain after exercise? It's called: Delayed-Onset Muscle Soreness or DOMS. This is the pain that is experiences 24 to 48 hours after exercise. DOMS is caused by microscopic tears in your muscles. If you haven't exercised in awhile or you exercise a lot more intensely than usual, you are more likely to create these tears.

How to get over the hurdle of pain that accompanies exercise without endangering your health with over-the-counter pain medications with a long list of possible side effects?

In today's health conscious world, many are turning to a natural pain remedy to help them win at the exercise game.

Judy Cutler, a well-known nutritionist based in Southern California and the developer of 'Naturally Painless™ says, "If you use a natural pain relief remedy that can be sprayed directly onto the areas of muscle soreness following your exercise regimen, it will avert or greatly lessen the onset of DOMS. Then, spray those same areas 2-3 times later in the day for lasting, natural pain relief with no accompanying side effects."

So, don't let the pain of DOMS keep you from getting the health benefits that daily exercise can provide.

If you haven't exercised in a long time, start out slowly. Do a little more each day. This will gradually build up your muscle strength and endurance. Gently stretch your muscles AFTER you have warmed up. This will also help to keep the pain away. Water is your friend, drink plenty of it. And remember, there are natural pain remedies to help you through the rough spots.
